YOU SAID IT: To All PR Lurkers
The following statement made by former PR kool-aid drinker Technogeek was originally posted on the official PR detox thread. With her permission, we bring it you here.
To all PR Lurkers:
My name is MyCat Nippy but on PR I was TECHNOGEEK. I considered myself “one of the regulars” and I had been posting there ever since “MYRA” opened up the site to posting (2006 or 7).
During my time there I enjoyed posting and reading posts. PR and another political site were the ONLY sites I posted on. I, in fact, enjoyed posting there so much that I broke my professional cardinal rule…giving technical advice for free. Since I work in the technology field and have a strong interest in security, I was more than happy to give advice to those who asked for it on the board. I was even asked if I wanted to work for PR as a network consultant, where I would help them design and implement a secure network infrastructure. I state this because, PR knows who I am, they have all my info and know my real name, so it’s no secret to PR who I really am. So you can stop with the “haters are hiding” post on your board cause…..PR knows me and I am not hiding from them!
You have attempted to make this “beef” a ignorance vs. educated/black vs. white/ghetto vs. elitist issue. I’m not going to speak for others here I’m sure they have different reasons for being here but I want to take time out to let you know just why I am over here posting and not there.. Which has nothing to do with any of what you state.
Myra – you repeatedly told Sheknows that you would help her in determining who was it that was bullying and stalking her. She came to you out of desperation and you spoke with her several times and reassured her that “everything would be ok” and that you would get to the bottom of this. This was your “word”. Why would sheknows not believe you after all you two spoke repeatedly and she had confidence that it would stop. But it did not. It kept going and got worse, despite the fact that you could have stopped it since it was happening on your board for which you are responsible for. As the board owner you are responsible for the content on your board…you stressed your ownership of this often enough…well with ownership comes responsibility both financial and LEGAL. If I’m lying ask Bossip why Gabby is suing them in addition to the writer of the post that defamed her! But you already know this since you are using the “we are so classy we won’t lower ourselves to mention by name the “hater blog site” nor the name of the tread on that site nor handle of the posters who are “hating” on us, when the real reason is, naming LSA could invite legal action against you and you are taking precautions.
You did nothing. I remember the night before all broke loose, I was talking to sheknows and she was very upset, I could hear the frustration and how this started to disrupt her life and how she told you and Paris (via email). It got to the point where she would email you and Paris but never heard back/get a response (yet during that same period I would email Paris and heard back from her within five minutes). Sheknows was very very upset. So I the next day I posted and asked WHY sheknows was being stalked.
Imagine my surprise when instead of taking up the cause for your “beloved” sheknows, your staff turned and attacked her. Jinx even had the nerve to ask why didn’t sheknows come to PR about this…(can you imagine that). Not only did you not post on the board and come to her aid, you sicked your lap dog Lobbyist on her, PERSONALLY attacking her, then soul train had a few choice words. The only one that was at least seemingly helpful was SPY/Eric who asked the offending multiple poster to leave the board.
I was so very very disappointed in what you/your staff did, I was personally totally disgusted with you and your whole crew. In my 45 years on this earth I have never seen any kind of shit like the shit you and PR staff pulled that day, and that day I stopped posting on your site and vowed never to post there again not even under another handle. AND I NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL!
I came across this site in my effort to find a more suitable blog site where the owner was not so personally involved with their site and one that was more diverse with many interests that I could “loose” myself in. And when I saw this thread, yes I JUMPED at the chance to call you out as the lying frontin sack of shit you really are!
So go ahead, try to clown this thread, post false info on why we are here, how we are being used by the white man, how we are ignorant self haters…etc. Cause I will be here also, calling you out. Exposing your technology as just a half step up from “two tin cans and a piece of string” and calling your bluff every day and exposing the false info you give to those poor unsuspecting kool aid drinkers, for I am on a daily mission to tell it like it is and to tell you to go fuck yourselves!!!

I do remember you from the site and thought wow everyone here is so nice, sweet and helpful, I for one never realized it had been that bad over in PR, regarding you and sheknows.
As I said when I first came on PR, I had lurked for maybe over a year and I would make very lil comments if any, My Name on PR “Was313Now718″, So I was never trying to hide from anybody, I just figured I’d use one of my main monikers I’ve had since before R. Simmons came out with that book. (Smile) So it’s no biggie, I’ve been online since the time when Prodigy allowed accessed and all we could do to interact with others were through the BBS on there. Goes to show how long I’ve been on the internet and have seen all kinds of shit taking place.
I’ve been in chat rooms and chat boards where for the most we got along GREAT, and I mean it ws so much fun while it lasted. Hell, I even threw myself a Birthday Party in Chicago one year and damn near everyone from out chat room was there and we partied the whole damn weekend, folks came from all over the States. Even I, as I was living in Detroit at the time.
I’ve always been one to take it slow when it came to meeting different folks online and I thought I had found something simular to my earlier times online when I found PR. Little did we know that it was some pure BS going on over thre. That site should be categorized as having pulled off this centuries worst cyber crime ever.
So whoever is running this site and all of the new found fam on LSA, I’m behind you all a thousand percent and am willing to do my part with helping putting their asses our of business.

What really got me was when Lobbyist got “it’s” digs in. It was terrible. Up until then I thought every one of the trolls, multiples “the insiders tagged” as such were really trolls and multiples. I was very naive. So when they turned on sheknows, I was in shock. I then began to think about all of the poor posters who they labeled and drove away, and how I had helped with some of them, and how we all missed out on the knowledge and information they could have brought to our “happy” board, even debates and arguments would have been great cause every verbal interaction is just an exchange of ideas.
I’m not a hollywood insider or want to be celeb. I’m just an everyday average working plain jane, just like you, just like sheknows and you just don’t do real people like that. If you want to be an owner of a blog, post as multiple users and attack yourself, well that’s fine you want to get people interested in your board, ok I get that, but you don’t do that to real everyday hard working people, not REAL people!
Someone is deranged in their heads to pull off that much of confusion.I am speechless to know that quite a few of the monikers were all one and the same person.This stuff is beyond crazy and why did they do it every single day?This has creeped me out and I am giving them the side eye. Cyberspace is a dangerous place to interact with strangers because honestly. you don’t know if some of these people are posting from mental wards are jail cells.I lurked most of the time but I feel bad that I participated in that stuff…I am so mad.

I feel like I’m being debriefed or having my mind made right after a brainwashing. Makes you both sad and mad.
And I believed them about KOS being the bad guy because I didn’t follow that closely, and I didn’t know about the other blogs out there that was telling it all (like this one). But when I saw that about “Membership only” I knew something definitely went down HARD! I suspect she’s over. Sorry KOS (even though I never joined in the attacks on you).
I too found it weird how they went so bad on Gabrielle Union. I like her, and she seems like she’d be nice or at least decent in person. I defended her on there a couple of times.
I’m done debriefing, I see the light. But I’ll keep reading the posts here.
Damn, MCN. I’m just reading this. I know you said that Myra would get to the bottom of the SheKnows situation. I just didn’t know that SheKnows regularly corresponded with Myra.
Think about if. Myra and Charlie the Tuna often stated that negative press was as good as positive press, as long as the blog got hits. She may have welcomed the SheKnows drama to her board. More PR traffic. All the drama that would happen on that board is what kept ME coming back.
PR may have used SheKnows as a “pawn”, so to speak. Myra and staff are just THAT diabolical and devious to do something like that. They never stopped any of the nonsense unless someone attacked one of the multiples/friends of the owner. THEN, your ass was banned. All in the name of increasing traffic. I’ve just never read or posted on a blog quite like that the Panache Report.
MCN, I think that you have taught everyone the true meaning of honesty, bravery, and loyalty. I have said it before to you and I will say it again…BRAVA!
Hi MCM, I must admit I watched Myra and her “Crew” use SheKnows, who was the very first person to welcome me to the site. I watched as they ran off many, many posters. I watched them try to demonize KOS, who was always a joy to talk to…the guy is just full of positivity. Which is always a plus factor, Right??? I coulld do a roll call, consisting of at least 2 or 3 pages, and you can see just how many people have just faded away or lurked until that horrible site was forced to shut down or continue to be exposed.
Hey Myra!!!!! You’re not as smart as you think. Didn’t you know the Devil always comes back to collect??? So remember that next time you attempt to run a business.
