The tabloids are late with the following allegation: “Obama Caught In Hotel With This Beauty?” We did a blind item on election night (Nov. 2008) and some posters openly suggested Vera Baker (by name) as possibly being the subject of the blind item-which we never confirmed.

We remember that Blind Item Myra.

*The following story was told to me by a Washington insider (former fixer/mentor) who I’ve known for several years. His information is always accurate.

A multi-million dollar fixer team (of A-list fixers) was assembled and dispatched (all over the world) to dig up anything on a particular black candidate.

The plan backfired. They were unable to gather any useful intel. Plan 2 from the “fixer handbook,” (create scandal when all else fails).

The lead fixer allegedly had a meeting, he told his underlying’s that they were going to create a scandal by bringing in a younger woman to get the candidate’s attention. They thought a white woman would be too obvious so they decided to recruit a sexy black woman.

Their selection is considered a ravishing beauty, she was approached and was allegedly offered a lot of money to be a “plant.” Her assignment was to initiate an affair and lure the candidate to a pre-selected location where photographs would be taken of their illicit liaison. As backup, a camcorder would also record the indiscretion.

The woman was able to get employed with his campaign. She got close to him but the attraction wasn’t mutual because he’s love with his wife.

She tried to work her charms and impress him by her fund raising skills. He showed his appreciation by thanking her. She wanted more but was rejected at every turn.

Allegedly, the candidate’s wife told him, she got a bad vibe from the woman.

The plan failed and the woman eventually quit.

That blind item that you posted on November 2008 sounds like something you lifted from this article that was written in OCTOBER 2008.

So what is it Myra. Did he cheat or didn’t he? According to your blind item, he didn’t but the tabloids are reporting otherwise. And the way you call them out as being late makes it seem like they are right. Make up your mind, Myra!

We would email her to get the story for you all but like we said before, Myra’s attorney has requested that we do not contact her. Oh yeah, Myra’s gotten herself a new attorney. Good move considering the woman who might be Litigating Lauryn is currently suspended from practicing law. Myra’s attorney, who also represented Myra’s publicist, Makeda Smith in an unrelated case, told us that they are currently investigating the filing of a civil lawsuit against this website. Apparently, Myra & her attorney thinks the information that we’re bringing you constitutes as cyber harassment, defamation and stalking. Guess truth is no longer an absolute defense lol.

Maybe we should’ve listened to that commenter, “bitch you are sick and obsessed” who commented,

I think you are sick to put her personal info over the web. I have contacted the Federal Government regarding this matter and I am working on finding your crazy ass and having you arrested for stalking. If people cant see that this is going too far…What the hell is wrong with you. Now you got these knuckle heads drinking your cool-aid. Keep in mind that they put in place new internet laws and what you are doing can land you in hot water. Just keep it up and you will see. No joke. This will be the only time I will say this.

We’re not accusing “bitch you are sick and obsessed” of being Myra even though the comment was left hours before we received the email from Myra’s attorney. Could be a coincidence even though we can picture “Gorgeous Sable” making those comments because we all know Myra is no joke.

Normally, I would not acknowledge this but let me touch on something briefly. Recently, a friend engaged in an online interaction with someone, that interaction appeared elsewhere online and was altered. I say that to say this: Don’t believe everything you read online even if it’s coming from a poser using the screename of the affected party trying to force feed you misinformation.

From the statement, we can only deduce that the “friend” is Elan and the “someone” is PRE. We stated that the interview WAS NOT edited but Myra seems to think otherwise. Because of this, we decided to release the screenshot of the interview that took place via social networking site, Facebook. We also included video of us logging into our Facebook account and checking our inbox to remove any doubt anyone might have had about our interview.

Panache Report Exposers: Would love to interview you about your relationship with Myra. We’ve noticed you haven’t been around anymore. Is everything alright between the two of you?

Elan Carter: I do not have any type of relationship with myra! i know of her and that is about it.

Panache Report Exposers: Really? Because Myra said you two were best friends. Your picture would often pop up on her website with the byline reading “spokesmodel” and words that were believed to be your own.

Are you saying you were never a spokesperson for her site? Was that not you commenting in her site’s commenting section? On top of spokesperson, Myra had you down as an editor and someone who people should contact via publicist Makeda Smith if they ever wanted to do an interview with either one of you guys about her website.

Elan Carter: Makeda Smith also gave my image to a article in a magazine using my image saying I wrote the article, it was about some hip hop video sex vixen, something like that, I do not recall. Anyway, I have been living in england for the past 7 years, someone informed me about it. I had to threaten the magazine that i would sue them. they had to retract their statement and say that I do not do the article. I let Myra use my image if she informed me what she was writing. I never wrote anything for her website nor did I give her any information regarding the subject matter of her site. My image was used without my permission, that is the reason why you do not see me anymore. I had to let her know that she could no longer use my image without my knowledge or I would sue!

Panache Report Exposers: I’m getting the vibe that your relationship with Myra isn’t what she makes it out to be. Because according to Myra, after you two met while she was a model scout, you guys became best friends. So much so that you named her godmother of your two children. That’s not the case?

Elan Carter: who is she saying this too? And why are you taking time to expose her, what is the motive? I think I have reason to question things because of my image and character being used but its better to ignore things and not address it. Its not worth my time, I have important things in my life, like my children so I remove myself from negativity. My children have godparents!

Panache Report Exposers: To her former website visitors and it would appear to be truth because you or someone pretending to be you commented quite a few times on her website. They spoke very highly of Myra. So anything Myra says about her relationship with you seems very believable.

Actually it is not all that better when your name is being associated with a site like the Panache Report. I understand that you are busy living your life but people are just now finding out that the Panache Report is based on lies of the most vicious kind.

We reached out to you because we believed that you were not as mixed up in any of this as Myra made it out to be. We wanted to hear from you personally instead of playing guessing games on whether or not you were as deeply involved with the Panache Report as Myra made it seem. Because a heavy percentage of former visitors of the Panache Report believe that you were the source to the blind items that were posted. We are just trying to get to the bottom of this.

Elan Carter: i know nothing about the blind items and very seldom go on the site, and when i have read them I have no idea who the blind items where about. Matter of fact a friend of mine told me about a blind item that he tried to comment on that he knew the artist and knew the info was incorrect. He asked me to contact her because he can no longer post. I do not even entertain the thought of getting involved or having my name associated with gossip. I do not like it and have said numerous times that I do not like gossip especially when it is negative. i know alot of people in the industry and i would not dare tell their business especially to a gossip site. I have a small baby, I definitely have no time to talk on the phone about nonsense!

We find it funny that Myra also advertised a Sky Villa website. We’ve confirmed that the website DOES NOT exist and never did for that matter. Why would she advertise a non-existent site? We think Myra knew people would wise up on her actions. She knew her newsletters were trash. After members were given the golden ticket and left disappointed, she then advertises ANOTHER product…The Sky Villa website.

In a comment made in April 2008, Myra let us know that she, just like Litigating/Lauryn, “enjoyed luxury cars.”

Well judging by what we’ve discovered, that was not always the case. Myra was fighting off the debt collectors in a battle that she ended up losing when she had to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

For those of you who aren’t too familiar with Chapter 7, bankruptcy attorney, Jon G Brooks explains,

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is the most common type of bankruptcy filed by ordinary consumers. The object of filing Chapter 7 is to obtain a discharge of all your unsecured debts, such as credit cards, and even most judgments. A court “discharge” simply means that you never have to pay any of these debts.

In a nutshell, a Chapter 7 bankruptcy gives the debtor a second chance free from nearly all unsecured debts, but to get such a benefit, he or she must not earn enough to pay anything toward such debts. And, if the debtor has valuable assets over and above the small amounts he or she is allowed to keep, then those assets will be taken away and sold to pay something toward his or her debts.

If the debtor earns enough to pay something toward his or her unsecured debts, then the debtor will not qualify for a Chapter 7 discharge. Likewise, if the debtor has valuable assets and is not willing to risk them being taken from him, then Chapter 7 is not a good choice for that debtor.

Because a renting Myra did not have any valuable assets & or enough income, she had to file. You’re probably wondering, “just how bad was it?” Unfortunately, we do not have the figures but we do have a list of the creditors Myra owed as provided by Public Access to Court Electronic Records also known as PACER.

It’s kind of shocking to us that this information was so public & available considering Myra’s fixer background and FBI, CIA & White House connections. One would think that this information would be harder to find than “Gorgeous Sable” at the Slauson Swap Meet.

Using one of their tactics, Myra Sable said,

Lets put things in perspective, would you not back off of someone who has the ability through expertise or association to obtain anything. Who has connections at the highest levels of govt. and law enforcement and military, who is heard but rarely seen except among friends. I would back the hell off too judging from my above profile. Myra has a web of powerful friends in law enforcement areas at the highest levels, black and white. This site and the staff continue to prove, they are no joke.

You ask, what about the traffic blind items generate? Blind items do generate traffic but keep in mind, sites like Bossip and MTO outrank us in ratings and they don’t feature blind items on a regular basis and never have.

The front page won’t change and will continue to be updated on a daily basis with regular features.

Also, Monday front pages are back for good unless it’s a holiday or we’re on vacation.
